Presentation language: Japanese or English
As a general rule, we kindly ask speakers to present in their native language.
Speakers who usually speak Japanese are requested to present in Japanese.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided at the venue.
Presentation time: 20 minutes
A Q&A session is not scheduled after the presentation.
Presentation materials:
Please prepare your materials in PowerPoint format.
Kindly submit two separate files, one in Japanese and one in English.
At the venue, the Japanese and English slides will be displayed simultaneously on the left and right screens.
Once your materials are ready, please upload them via the URL below.

Information for the Day of the Event

DAY 1:
Please arrive at the venue in time for the 12:00 start.
DAY 2:
We anticipate that all speakers will attend the conference from the opening session through the networking program.
However, if your arrival or departure time differs from this schedule, we kindly ask that you inform us of your detailed availability in advance for operational coordination.
Please also note that we plan to conduct a check of the presentation slides upon your arrival at the venue.
Accompanying Guests
If you will be accompanied by a guest to the venue, please register via the URL below.
In principle, registration is limited to the speaker and one accompanying guest.
