Beyond Next Ventures Inc. ("BNV")，a Tokyo based venture capital firm, which he founded in August 2014. BNV manages two funds for startups with committed capital totaling over $100 million. Tsuyoshi has 16 years of investment experience focused on supporting the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies from university.
Prior to founding BNV, Tsuyoshi was Group Leader of industry-academia collaboration investment group at JAFCO Co. Ltd., Japan's largest venture capital firm.
Tsuyoshi's major investments include CYBERDYNE (IPO: March 2014), W-Scope (IPO: December 2011), TKP (IPO: March 2017), Spiber, astamuse, Microwave Chemical, CureApp, River Field.
Tsuyoshi holds a Master of Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Dept. of Chemical Science and Engineering, Major in Chemical Science and Engineering.
