Oct 11, 2022, LINK-J held a networking event "Global Life Science Session 2022" online and at the Nihonbashi Life Science Hub, bringing together life science clusters from Japan and abroad. (Organized by LINK-J)

This event was held for the first time in three years, as COVID-19 had restricted international exchanges.
8 countries and regions from around the world gathered to report on the state of life sciences and to introduce start-ups from their countries.
The event was a great success, with many speakers who came to Japan for BioJapan2022 starting the following day.

Participants commented that "the event was very useful as it provided a concise summary of the situation and characteristics of each country" "served as a good preparation for BioJapan2022 starting from tomorrow" "helped to build a network as it was the first time in a while that the event was held in person".
