2023, started a business of advisory service for biotech startups at Pharma-Biz Management Initiative.

2008, joined Nobelpharma and successively held the posts as Head of Business Development, Corporate Planning, COO and CFO.
2006, founded Medical Line Co., Ltd. as a co-founder and assumed CEO. (Call center and related service provider dedicated for Pharmaceuticals industries)
2003, joined Apo Plus Station Co., Ltd. (the first CSO Company in Japan)
As Managing Director & COO, CSO Business and Business in China and initiated to develop new business models and contributed to strengthen its business structure.
Mitsubishi Pharma, Inc. 　1999 - 2002, General Manager of Products Planning and Development, Healthcare Business.
- Supervised to develop healthcare products, OTC and API.
Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation　1997 - 1999, Deputy General Manager, Business Development, Overseas Pharmaceutical Business.
- Coordinated execution of clinical development and/or manufacturing of licensed-out products by licensees.
1994- 1997, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning Department of the new born Mitsubishi Chemical merged with Mitsubishi Petrochemical.
- Set up a new corporate business plan of R&D and Pharmaceuticals business.
- In charge of the control office of investment and funding.
1984-1994, Manager in charge of business strategies at Pharmaceuticals Planning Department.
1985 - 1994 concurrently assumed Executive Officer and Director of Administrative Affairs, Kasei Synthelabo Co., Ltd.
