The shared bulletin board（hereafter called "the bulletin board"）
1． For questions relating to the content of postings on the bulletin board, please contact the poster directly.
2． The LINK-J office will not be involved in any trouble arising from the information posted on the bulletin board. Such situations should be resolved between the poster and the user in question.

Event list
For questions on postings of event information, please contact the organizer or the contact address specified in the post in question. Please note that some information may have been changed.

Refer to the table below and send the information specified in the Content of posting requests to the LINK-J office by e-mail. As a general principle, only LINK-J special members and partner organizations are qualified to make posting requests, and the LINK-J secretariat will decide whether they will be posted.
Postings will remain on the site for three months, but postings related to event information or visitor information will be removed as soon as the period of the event or visit has expired. Note: In cases where LINK-J special members have posted event information and have already submitted the Nihonbashi Life Science Base HP posting request form, it is not mandatory to contacting the LINK-J office.

Provision of this service may be suspended temporarily for renewal or maintenance of the website or for similar purposes. This service may also be suspended for reasons not attributable to LINK-J, such as for the convenience of the telecommunications carrier or due to an electric power outage. In either case, LINK-J will contact you before suspending the service. Please note, however, that this does not apply in unavoidable circumstances such as an electric power outage and where LINK-J has judged that the service needs to be suspended urgently.
