大阪大学薬学部卒、薬剤師。同大学大学院にて薬学博士（論文博士）取得。トロント大学、理化学研究所などで基礎研究（分子生物学・免疫学）に従事した後、バイエル薬品、アッヴィ、ベーリンガーインゲルハイムにて主に探索研究を担当。国内外の大学・研究機関と連携し、アカデミア発シーズの発掘・育成を数多く手掛けた。これらの経験を基に、現職では、基礎研究から臨床応用、起業化、国際展開までを見据えた研究戦略立案、共同研究構築、産業界との橋渡しを推進。ライフサイエンス分野の社会実装を加速するとともに、国内外ネットワークの形成や若手研究者の成長支援にも注力している。
Pharmacist and life science professional with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Osaka University. After conducting research in molecular biology and immunology at the University of Toronto and RIKEN, he/she held discovery research roles at Bayer, AbbVie, and Boehringer Ingelheim, leading collaborations with academic institutions in Japan and abroad to identify and develop promising research seeds. In the current role, he/she promotes research strategy development, industry-academia collaboration, commercialization, and global expansion, while supporting network building and the growth of early-career researchers in the life sciences field.

徳島大学大学院薬学研究科博士後期課程修了（薬学博士）、1991年に住友製薬株式会社（現住友ファーマ株式会社）に入社。総合研究所にて薬理研究に従事、その後本社部門、臨床開発部門にて、循環器・糖尿病やがん領域の開発戦略の企画・立案、国際共同治験の遂行等に携わる。2023年から神戸医療産業都市推進機構にて創薬バイオ領域における産官学連携やスタートアップの育成支援、国際展開支援等に従事している。
He earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tokushima University and joined Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. in 1991. After conducting pharmacological research, he worked in corporate and clinical development, leading R&D strategy and international clinical trials in the cardiovascular, diabetes, and oncology fields. Since 2023, he has been with the Foundation for Biomedical Research and Innovation at Kobe, supporting drug discovery and biotech innovation through startup development, cross-sector collaboration, and international expansion initiatives。

新卒でグローバル医療機器メーカーに参画し、医療機器の研究開発や大学との共同研究に従事。その後、内資系コンサル/シンクタンクに転職し、自動運転やフレイルをテーマとしたコンソーシアムの組成・推進を担当。スタートアップや生命保険会社などを経て、2020年1月 アストラゼネカ株式会社に入社。「i2.JP」の設立、運営をリード。「患者中心主義」を実現すべく、産学官連携やベンチャー企業との共同プロジェクト立ち上げに従事。

加々美 綾乃 | Ayano Kagami
CIC Catalyst APAC, ディレクター

東京大学理学系研究科生物化学専攻博士課程単位取得退学（博士（理学））、マサチューセッツ工科大学修士課程修了（システム・デザイン&マネジメント）。2012 年に文部科学省に入省しライフサイエンス政策や国立研究開発法人日本医療研究開発機構（ AMED ）の設立に携わる。2017 年にマサチューセッツ工科大学に留学、スタートアップエコシステムを研究。帰国後、内閣府政策統括官（科学技術・イノベーション担当）や文部科学省核融合分野担当を経て 2021 年に CIC に転職。現在はライフサイエンス分野のスタートアップの成長支援や海外展開支援等に携わる。

She completed doctoral coursework in Biochemistry at the Graduate School of Science, the University of Tokyo (Ph.D. in Science), and earned a master's degree in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He joined Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 2012, where he worked on life science policy and helped establish the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED). In 2017, he studied at MIT, researching startup ecosystems. After returning to Japan, he served in science, technology, and innovation policy roles within the Cabinet Office and MEXT, including work in the fusion energy field. He joined CIC in 2021 and currently supports the growth and international expansion of life science startups.

土屋 詩野｜Shino Tsuchiya
Global Partner, CIC Catalyst APAC

Shino focuses on building innovation ecosystems and partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region.
She began her career in the NGO sector, working on mission-driven and accessibility-focused web development projects. She later founded Impact Hub Tokyo, where she supported Japan’s startup ecosystem through cross-sector collaboration and community building.
At Catalyst, Shino leads large-scale innovation initiatives and partnerships, driving ecosystem growth and impact across Japan and beyond.

東京大学総合文化研究科修士課程修了。20年超にわたり、イノベーション・エコシステム領域の新規事業開発を牽引。Impact HUB Tokyo創設、Google for Startups Japan統括を歴任し、ローカライズしたスタートアップ・プログラムを主導、その過程で100社超のスタートアップのPMF構築、グローバル展開、経営者育成・メンタリングを実施。日本総合研究所ではインパクト投資、環境ビジネス、新興国市場開発の新規事業開発を担当し、公・民横断のエコシステム構築を専門とする。

米国・欧州・アジアに展開するCICのライフサイエンスおよびイノベーション拠点の戦略立案・運営を統括。遺伝学・細胞生物学の専門家として、Thomas Jefferson University で博士号（PhD）を取得。
科学研究の知見とビジネスの視点を兼ね備え、スタートアップや企業がイノベーションを創出できる環境づくりに取り組む。高い成果を生み出すチームの構築や、世界水準のラボ・ワークスペースの運営を通じて、グローバルなイノベーションエコシステムの発展を推進している。

ティモン・ラップ ｜Timon Rupp

Managing Director, CIC Berlin

Timon Rupp is a strategic innovation leader and ecosystem builder with over 20 years of international experience in technology, corporate innovation, and startup ecosystems. He is Managing Director of CIC Berlin (Cambridge Innovation Center). Under his leadership, CIC Berlin has quickly become a central hub for innovation, fostering cross-sector collaboration and launching initiatives such as the #ai_berlin hub to strengthen Berlin’s AI ecosystem, as well as the Catalyst program - your gateway to the German market.
Before CIC, Timon founded The Drivery, a pioneering mobility innovation marketplace that supports global startup growth and connects founders with industry partners and investors across Europe and Asia.
Timon holds an MBA and an engineering degree, and serves as Vice-President of Asia Berlin Forum e.V., championing international innovation partnerships between Europe and Asia.

テクノロジー、コーポレートイノベーション、スタートアップ支援の分野で20年以上の国際経験を持つイノベーションリーダー。現在は CIC Berlin のManaging Directorとして、ベルリンを代表するイノベーションハブの運営を統括し、企業・スタートアップ・研究機関・行政をつなぐエコシステムの形成を推進している。
これまでに、ベルリンのAIエコシステムを強化する「#ai_berlin」や、海外企業のドイツ市場進出を支援する「Catalyst Program」などの立ち上げを主導。CIC参画以前には、モビリティ分野のイノベーションプラットフォームである The Drivery を創設し、欧州・アジアのスタートアップ、企業、投資家の連携を促進した。
MBAおよび工学の学位を有し、現在は AsiaBerlin Forum e.V. 副会長として、欧州とアジアを結ぶ国際的なイノベーション連携の推進にも取り組んでいる。
