In January 2024, LINK-J hosted "Japan Night" and "Kicker Ventures & LINK-J Reception" in San Francisco during the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference. These events aimed to build and create collaborative networks among key stakeholders in the life sciences industries of Japan and the United States.
The two events were attended by over 480 attendees in total and concluded on a high note.
"Japan Night" was co-hosted/organized by Japan Society of North California, Cimic HD, and Digital Garage.
Consul General Yo Osumi from the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco delivered the greeting speech.
We held these two events as side events of the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference, the largest annual symposium for investors in the life sciences and healthcare industry since 1983. LINK-J has organized this kind of event since 2023 to provide networking opportunities for life science professionals gathered during this period from around the world.

This year, the events drew participants not only from Japan but also from the United States and abroad. Looking ahead, we aim to foster and enhance connections among Japanese individuals as well as involve foreign stakeholders who are interested in Japan, turning these events into a bridge between Japan and the international communities.
