2024年5月14日、LINK-Jとして新たな大規模シンポジウム「LINK-J Conference～R＆D × Investment ～」を開催いたしました。午前は日本の製薬企業のR＆D部門のトップと国内外の投資家が一堂に会するクローズドのラウンドテーブルとランチョンセミナーを開催。午後は日本の製薬企業のR＆D部門のパイプラインの紹介及び研究開発戦略を「～今後 10 年の R&D 戦略～」と題して投資を担当する国内の皆様だけでなく、国内外のライフサイエンスプレイヤーの皆様と共有いたしました。
各人のプレゼンテーション終了後は、リアル会場（東京・日本橋）限定で、立食懇親会および名刺交換会を実施しました。また、業界団体、バイオベンチャーをはじめとして会場内に企業団体ブースを出展。リアル会場には約200名が参加し、来場者との間でネットワーキングが行われました。
当日は、会場・オンラインを合わせて約350名の参加の皆様に参加頂きました。

On May 14, 2024, a new large-scale symposium "LINK-J Conference - R&D x Investment" was held by LINK-J. In the morning part, a closed round-table and luncheon seminar were held to bring together heads from the R&D divisions of Japanese pharmaceutical companies and investors from Japan and abroad. In the afternoon part, we shared pipelines and R&D strategies of Japanese pharmaceutical companies' R&D divisions with domestic and foreign life science players as well as those in charge of investment under the title of "~R&D Strategy for the Next 10 Years~".
After each presentation, a reception and business card exchange were held exclusively at the venue (Nihonbashi, Tokyo). In addition, industry associations and bio-ventures, as well as other business groups, exhibited their booths at the venue. Approximately 200 people attended the venue and networking took place with visitors.
A total of about 350 participants attended the event both at the venue and online.

また「Meet UPブース」ではLINK-J特別会員企業・団体の事業内容、取り組みを発信する企業団体ブースを設けました。ホワイエ全体を使用し、7社の会員企業の皆様に出展を頂きました。 各ブースでは多くの参加者・出展者同士、様々な交流が行われており、参加者からも初めて知る事業の取り組みやコネクションづくりが出来たと出展者・参加者双方に有意義な時間となりました。
In the "Meet UP Booth," a booth was set up for LINK-J special member companies and organizations to present their business activities and initiatives. The entire foyer was used and seven member companies exhibited.Participants and exhibitors had a chance to meet and exchange with each other at the booths, and it was a valuable time for both exhibitors and participants, as participants were able to learn about new business initiatives and make connections for the first time.
カンファレンス後の立食懇親会および名刺交換会ではフロア全体が熱気に溢れ、ネットワーキングタイムがいくらあっても尽きないほどでした。参加者の皆様は積極的に登壇者や参加者と交流を行っていました。
The post-conference standing reception and business card exchange was filled with enthusiasm that networking time was not enough. Participants actively interacted with speakers and attendees.
ご参加頂いた方からは、「貴重な集合・人選をありがとうございます。」、「各R＆Dのトップが産学連携・Veture支援の取組が聞けてCROとしてサポートできることを改めて考えるきっかけになった」と熱量のある感想が寄せられました。
当日会場までお越し頂いた皆様、またオンラインにて講演を拝聴された皆様には、心より御礼申し上げます。
Participants expressed their enthusiasm, saying, "Thank you for the valuable gathering and selection of people." and "It was a good opportunity for me to hear about the efforts of the heads of R&D in supporting industry-academia collaboration and bio-veture, and to reconsider what we can do as a CRO to support them".
